Refund & Security Deposit Policy

This Refund & Security Deposit Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments and transactions made with Techaircraft Solutions Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our websites, applications, or services, you agree to this Policy together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
- Refund requests may be considered only where a service is proven to be defective, inaccessible, or not delivered as described.
- Refund requests must be submitted to help@techaircraft.com within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase.
- Users must provide relevant details and supporting documents or screenshots, where applicable.
- Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a response will be provided within 48 hours.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) working days to the original payment method used.
2. Security Deposit Policy- Certain services may require payment of a refundable security deposit, as disclosed at the time of purchase.
- The security deposit is collected for platform access, verification, infrastructure, technology, operational, and maintenance purposes.
- The security deposit may be utilized for ongoing business operations and is not maintained in a separate escrow or trust account.
- Refund or adjustment of the security deposit is subject to:
- Compliance with applicable service terms and policies
- Deduction of a 10% annual maintenance/service charge plus applicable GST, where disclosed
3. Unclaimed Security Deposits- If a security deposit refund is not claimed within 5 (five) years from the date of deposit, the unclaimed amount may be treated as forfeited.
- Forfeited amounts may be utilized for platform maintenance and operational expenses, in accordance with applicable Indian tax and accounting laws.
- After this period, further refund claims may not be entertained.
4. Method of Refund- Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used (UPI, bank account, card, or wallet).
- Processing time depends on banks and payment partners and generally takes 7–10 working days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors; however, transaction reference details will be provided for tracking.
