This is the Refund Policy for Techaircraft. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Policy

If your purchase is eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team within seven days of receiving the service.
• Provide detailed information about the issue, including relevant photos if applicable.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
• If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

Security Deposit Refund Policy

If a security deposit refund is not claimed within 10 years from the date of deposit, the amount will be considered forfeited and allocated toward platform maintenance and operational expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, server costs, software maintenance, infrastructure development, and administrative expenses. A 10% annual deduction will apply to cover these costs.

After the 10-year period, no refunds (including security deposits) will be processed under any circumstances. Unclaimed or remaining amounts will be settled in accordance with applicable Indian tax laws.

We charge a 10% annual service fee on the security deposit, plus applicable GST as follows:

• Security Deposit: As per selected plan
• Service Charge: 10%
• GST on Service Charge: 18%

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, within seven working days.
