Techaircraft Solution Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, India, having its registered office in Maharashtra, India.
This Refund & Security Deposit Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments and transactions made on Techaircraft (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Policy together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
- • Refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of the Company only in cases where a service is proven to be defective, inaccessible, or not delivered as described.
- • Refund requests must be submitted to help@techaircraft.com within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase.
- • Users must provide complete details of the issue along with relevant supporting information or screenshots, where applicable.
- • Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our team will respond within 48 hours.
- • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) working days to the original payment method used.
2. Security Deposit Policy- • Certain features of the Platform may require payment of a refundable security deposit, as specified at the time of purchase.
- • The security deposit is collected for platform access, verification, infrastructure, technology, operational, and maintenance purposes.
- • The security deposit is utilized for ongoing business operations and is not maintained in a separate escrow or trust account.
- • The security deposit is adjusted and returned as part of the total payout when the user reaches the applicable cumulative earning milestone on the Platform, subject to successful verification and compliance with Platform policies.
- • The security deposit is not an investment, does not represent ownership, and does not guarantee earnings or profits.
- • Refund or adjustment of the security deposit is conditional upon active participation, policy compliance, and platform revenue availability.
- • The Platform does not provide instant or on-demand refunds of the security deposit.
- • Refund eligibility is subject to:
- • Compliance with the Platform’s Terms & Conditions
- • Successful account verification
- • No involvement in fraud, misuse, or policy violations
- • Refund requests must be submitted by the original depositor and supported with valid proof of payment and identity.
3. Unclaimed Security Deposits- • If a security deposit refund is not claimed within 5 (five) years from the date of deposit, the unclaimed amount may be treated as forfeited and utilized for platform maintenance and operational expenses, in accordance with applicable laws.
- • After this period, no further refund claims shall be entertained.
4. Method of Refund- • Approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used (UPI, bank account, card, or wallet).
- • Processing time depends on banks and payment partners and generally takes 7–10 working days.
- • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors; however, transaction reference details will be provided for tracking.
5. Company Right to Modify Policy- • The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform..
